THE SEVEN QUESTIONS

Hey it’s Ben Sweet with anxiety resolution method. How are you doing?

Today I've got something super special for you, it is a list of questions that specifically designed to help you uncovered the root of your anxiety.

These questions are specifically designed to help you uncover the root of your anxiety, specifically what is in your life. So, one for the most important things that I hear when I am dealing with my clients in regards to anxiety and what other thing I certainly worked on when I was struggling with the anxiety is this.

Your story so your stories the reason why the story that kind of holds anxiety in place in your life. So a perfect example would be.. “I find that, I have difficulty at work because there are other people there and there is situations that happen and all these different things and what happens in my life is I end up experience in anxiety because I don’t want to deal with that person and I feel small when I’m around that person.”

What happens is that there is a story that each everyone has in regard to the anxiety we experience. So, the first part is recognizing, first of all that there is a story a lot of people aware of that the unaware of the fact that they‘re in their story. They live in their story. As opposed to there is me and there is my story. So what’s important to note is, when you begin when to separate yourself from the story, you began to be able to separate yourself from your anxiety.

Even if just a little bit. So what’s interesting is even if you all ever did have little incremental change, over periods of time not necessarily long period you will notice that you get further and further away from your anxiety. You end up getting more and more freedom from your anxiety, which of course is totally my goal to help you with that.

So that’s the first part, the story. The second part, reasons why? Each and everyone has specific reasons why we experience anxiety. So what’s interesting here is that reasons why can be found in the story. So, the questions I have for you here will help you to uncover these specific reasons why you experience the anxiety. Now once you have a list of these reasons why you experience anxiety, you can start to do something about it. You can start to take action in regards to either getting some distance from or making peace with those things you are struggling with, those specific reasons why you experiencing an anxiety.

Again we are not necessarily looking for a massive change overnight, although everyone is, but if you just get even tiny incremental change it start to, huhhhh feel little bit better and start sudden your personal power began to return and you start to feel anxiety is just something this smaller and smaller in your life and something that you feel well, you feel more capable , you feel more able, you feel more powerful, you feel like deal with anxiety or something just get easier and easier and that of course is my goal for you.

Looking inside, these reasons why and the story are inside. They’re something that exist inside of us. Although we assume that our life is this grand thing that is outside of us, the truth is that the vast majority in our life is our experience current inside of our self. The way we feel about things, the way we act toward things, the way we perceive things the way we see things all that stuff happens within us.

So part of what I’m saying here is that we often found ourselves in this story, that were in, again that is totally inside of us. The other part of that is, inside the story we find these reasons why and of course its really easy for us to find out the where the story is, I mean you just simply ask someone, hey what’s your story about anxiety. Tell me what’s your story is. And people will happily just tell you the whole story. But what’s important here not get lost in the story and recognizing their story again is something that each and every one of us have with inside ourselves.

Now the other part there is the way that we find is reasons why is the looking inside the story and again the way that we find all this is by looking inside ourselves. Now these questions that I prepared for you the seven questions, the seven critical questions that I prepared for you are specifically designed to help you to look inside in you subconscious mind, to find where these specific reasons are. The specific roots to anxiety, why this is held in place in your life and how you can start to get some massive freedom from this anxiety.

So, just below me here or you going to see a button there, just click that button, the page will open up and you are going to see the exercises there. The questions that will help you to get right to the root of this stuff. And the best part about this is that when you take the time and answer these questions you’re going to find, huhhh, man you’re going to find, that you can start to really get some freedom, some clarity around what the specific issues are in regards to your anxiety and then you can really really start to do something about it.

Now part of the reason why this is important is because, one, it gives you a little bit distance from your story. It helps you realize that your story is just that, just a story and also helps you to realize what these reasons are and more specifically these questions are specifically designed help you look inside yourself. So you can see where this stuff comes from because you know, that’s where we experience anxiety. Right? We experience it inside so we’ve got to go inside to look at this stuff.

Now the other thing I want to tell you is this do not be afraid to look inside. It’s totally ok you’re not going to find all kind of crazy scary stuff in there. Don’t worry about it these are just some gentle simple questions you can ask.

But don’t underestimate the power of these questions because they are extremely powerful at digging away and finding what these roots, and these specific reasons why are for your anxiety.
